Prior to dedicating his full-time attention to the expansion of Landings Real Estate Group, Mr. Bicho served as Chief Financial Officer for one of the nation's leading multi-family development companies in the United States where he executed over $1.5 billion dollars of financing and acquisitions in the multi-family and Federal Government real estate sectors. Mr. Bicho has an Undergraduate Degree from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Boston College. |

Vice President for Acquisitions & Development: Timothy W. O'Connor
Mr. O'Connor has over 20 years of experience in real estate, including acquisition, project design, regulatory approvals, financing, budgeting, marketing, and project management. He has participated in the acquisition and development of over 20,000 multi-family homes including market-rate, affordable, and military housing. Prior to joining Landings Real Estate Group, Mr. O'Connor held senior positions at two of the largest and most successful multifamily development firms in the US. Mr. O'Connor holds a BA from Brown University and a Master of Science from MIT.

Corporate Management: Lynn Lee
Ms. Lee has over 10 years experience in human resources and business management and over 5 years experience in the manufacturing industry. She formerly worked as a Regional Supervisor, as well as a Lead Recruiter, for a national firm responsible for educating consumers in the use of their products. Ms. Lee has a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical and Materials Science Engineering from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. |

Ms. Holt specializes in the operations of multi-family properties in the market rate, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, Section 8, and military housing sectors. Her 16 years experience has encompassed managing assets for one of the nation's leading multi-family developers and she has managed portfolios of 3,300 units valued in excess of $250 million with locations in the Northeast, Mid West, Southeast and Puerto Rico. Ms Holt graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1990. |

Mr. LaChance has more than 26 years of experience in the construction industry, with the last 10 years spent as a construction manager executing the construction of new homes, historical restorations, the conversion of hotels to condominiums, and all phases of single - family home and multi-family home renovations. Mr. LaChance is responsible for subcontracting, material selections, contracting, pricing, and scheduling. | |
