Who We Are Looking For:

Vacation Newport, our brand of luxury vacation properties in Newport, RI, is seeking full and part-time housekeeping staff. Hours may vary. Weekends & holidays will be included.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Enter guest rooms and/or vacation properties following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering.
• Replace guest amenities and supplies as needed in rooms for Stay Over guest.
• Changing bed linens.
• Remove trash
• Vacuuming carpeting/cleaning floors in rooms and common areas.
• Dusting all furniture including pictures, bed frames, lamps, televisions, dressers, etc.
• Removing markings and smudges from mirrors
• Check that all appliances are present in the room and in working order.
• Set AC unit to off after guest Check out.
• Thorough Cleaning the bathroom area including the shower, sink, toilet, and floor
• Ensuring that the rooms/lofts are stocked with standard materials and meets all room set-up requirements.
• Reporting any facility damages, missing room items, linens or necessary repairs in a timely fashion
