Corporate & Investor Marketing Specialist

Landings Real Estate Groupis a private real estate firm that acquires, develops, and manages multifamily, corporate and hospitality properties throughout the Eastern United States. With a current focus on multi-family properties, we seek to create value for investors through our experienced property management services, superior knowledge of target markets and a disciplined investment approach. We currently own and manage over 1,500 multifamily units with four projects currently under development totaling over $310M in total market value.

The ideal candidate for the Corporate & Investor Marketing Specialist position will create and own Landings Real Estate Group's corporate and investor marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing team to further brand our corporate entity while assisting in the daily marketing initiatives of our multifamily, corporate and hospitality properties. In addition, you will work alongside the President and Financial Analyst to shape how we advertise and communicate with our current and prospective investors. You will be responsible for developing strategic, effective, and highly creative communications distributed through our investor relationship management software, our company websites and our email & social media platforms.

The ideal candidate must be trustworthy, creative, and possess a solid work ethic. The key traits for success in this position are: attention to detail, creativeness, a strong sense of urgency, flexibility, strong written and verbal communication skills and a positive customer service mindset. The ability to give and take constructive criticism along with the capability to be resourceful when problems/needs arise is imperative. This position requires current knowledge of the digital marketing environment including the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, proven digital marketing and social media success along with great offline as well as online interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities of the Corporate & Investor Marketing Specialist include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in updating the organization's websites
  • Assist in developing and maintaining all of the company's advertising
  • Produce and distribute electronic communications
  • Produce interactive content for social media outlets including, but not limited to:
    - Community building: Use Instagram, Facebook and other channels to actively and constantly engage a growing following of people within our target markets
    - Campaign execution: Deploy topical or audience-driven social campaigns that tie to and help amplify other marketing campaign efforts
  • Drive insights from data: Use Company employed data collection platforms and dashboards to track metrics and steer marketing strategy accordingly
    - Help lead the strategy: Stay one step ahead of trends and help the organization stay focused on goals
  • Assist the Financial Analyst with lender communications and Company Information submissions to lenders
  • Assist President, Controller and Financial Analyst with capital fund raising marketing to investors
  • Ability to write and distribute impactful press releases that garner positive media attention
  • Design promotional materials including flyers, brochures, direct mail pieces, products, etc.
  • Assist in thedevelopment and design of company signage
  • Identify problems/errors in our marketing efforts and offer solutions
  • Perform outreach marketing efforts & meet with investors, attend networking events, trade shows, expos, etc.
  • And any other responsibilities that may arise in the course of employment

Skills required of the Corporate & Investor Marketing Specialist include, but are not limited to:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • PC & Mac Proficient
  • Strong understanding and familiarity with social media and modern technology
  • Ability to work efficiently with limited supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience and/or interest in financial/real estate investing a plus

Relationships

  • Reports directly to the Marketing Director
  • Works closely with President and Investment Analyst
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with colleagues in other departments within the Company
  • Develops and maintains relationships with investors, suppliers, vendors, contractors, and all others serving the organization

Education

  • Requires a four-year college degree with emphasis on marketing, communications & digital media

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Ability to travel throughout the Eastern United States
