About the Role:

The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations and management of residential and commercial properties within the South Coast Landing area, ensuring optimal occupancy and tenant satisfaction. This role is pivotal in maintaining affordable housing standards while complying with all relevant regulations and fair housing laws. The Property Manager will coordinate maintenance, conduct building inspections, and manage lease agreements to uphold property value and operational efficiency. They will also utilize property management software, such as Yardi Systems, to streamline lease administration and financial reporting. Ultimately, this position aims to foster a safe, well-maintained, and financially sustainable property portfolio that meets the needs of tenants and stakeholders alike.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in property management, preferably within affordable housing.
  • Proficiency with Yardi Systems or similar property management software.
  • Strong knowledge of lease agreements, fair housing laws, and affordable housing regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting building inspections and managing maintenance operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) or similar credential.
  • Experience in real estate development and lease administration.
  • Familiarity with South Coast Landing's local real estate market and regulatory environment.
  • Advanced skills in financial management and budgeting for property portfolios.
  • Experience working with diverse tenant populations and community engagement.
