Landings Real Estate Group, a growing real estate development company headquartered in Newport, Rhode Island, is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager for our apartment community in Fall River, MA.
Directly reporting to the Community Manager, the Assistant Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and fiscal management of the communities.
As the Assistant Community Manager, you will assist in managing all aspects of the operation, including but not limited to, employee management, leasing, maintenance, administration, financial management and analyzation and risk management.
