We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our apartment management teams in Fall River, MA. The right candidate will perform clerical and administrative functions. The selected candidate will assist the management team with all administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist guests and residents of the community.
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents including lease agreements.
- Plan and schedule viewing appointments and events
- Assist with application and move-in processes.
- Answer inbound telephone calls.
- Assist in the leasing process when required.
- Perform all other office tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer savvy with an emphasis on Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work flexible hours.
