Marketing Assistant

Landings Real Estate Group has an exciting opportunity for an entry level, full-time Marketing Assistant. Landings Real Estate Group is a growing organization that is focused on the acquisition and management of multi-family, vacation, condominium, office and retail properties throughout the Eastern United States. The selected candidate will work closely with the Marketing Director and the Marketing Specialist in supporting the marketing initiatives at our various locations throughout Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, Florida and beyond. The chosen candidate will operate in a hybrid working model inclusive of remote work, in office work and occasional travel.

Skills required of the Marketing Assistant include, but are not limited to:

  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • PC & Mac Proficient
  • Strong understanding and familiarity with social media and modern technology
  • Ability to work efficiently with limited supervision

Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and execute routine responsibilities of the Marketing Department such as:
    - E-mail marketing campaigns and email list management
    - Preparation and review of monthly market surveys
    - Coordination of marketing meetings with on-site teams
    - Preparation of weekly and monthly marketing reports
    - Assist with routine development & maintenance of various industry advertising outlets
  • Assist in the graphic design of email blasts, promotional materials, print materials, advertisements, etc.
  • Support social media initiatives and produce engaging content for employed platforms
  • Assist with the development and execution of marketing events, trade shows, grand openings, etc.
  • Ability to quickly develop an understanding of each local marketplace in order to most effectively target the appropriate market for each individual property/community and the organization as a whole
  • And any other responsibilities that may arise in the course of employment

Relationships

  • Reports directly to the Marketing Director
  • Works closely with all on site sales & administrative personnel
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with colleagues in other departments within the Company
  • Develops and maintains relationships with suppliers, vendors, contractors

Education

  • Requires a four-year college degree in marketing, communications, digital media or similar

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Must pass a background check
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Ability to travel throughout the Eastern United States
