Job Description
Landings Real Estate Management Company is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate; a professional with excellent organization and communication skills to join our growing team. The successful candidate will possess strong Accounts Payable and analytical skills, Proficient with Microsoft Office; have an eye for detail and be able to operate under specific accounting guidelines. Candidates with previous employment experience in Property Management or Hospitality are highly desirable. Experience with Yardi Voyager system a plus. A Bachelors degree in Accounting (or equivalent) is required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Process Accounts Payable

Bank Reconciliations

Research invoice and accounting system discrepancies

Prepares and processes monthly invoices

Prepare and post Journal Entries

Communicate with clients, vendors, managers and other professionals

Assist the Financial Controller by gathering information required for audits, tax preparation and monthly financial reporting Manage and maintain Accounts Payable filing system

Create Accounting files and prepare financial documentation

Credit Applications
-
Support Senior Management
-
Special Accounting and ad hoc projects as needed
