RENOVATIONS COMPLETE AT THE TOWN & TIDE INN & GRAND OPENING EVENT TO BE HELD

Landings Real Estate Group's 'Vacation Newport' brand completes extensive renovations after acquiring The Victorian Ladies Inn in April 2018

Newport, RI – Landings Real Estate Group acquired the property formally known as the Victorian Ladies Inn located at 63 Memorial Boulevard in April 2018. After an extensive renovation and name change the new Town & Tide Inn, aptly named for its proximity to Easton's Beach and downtown Newport, welcomed guests for the first time on October 5, 2018.

To celebrate the fresh look, feel and name for the property, the Town & Tide Inn will be hosting a Grand Opening event and ribbon cutting on Thursday, October 25, 2018 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. The historic Inn maintains its exterior charm with a breath of new life and luxurious details added to all of its spaces. The Inn maintains twelve guest rooms, including a one-bedroom suite. Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with all the touches of a luxury hotel including plush pillows, fine linens and flat screen TVs. The communal spaces include a dining room where breakfast will be prepared daily by the Innkeepers, charming courtyards, gardens and a former shed turned into a cozy guest lounge.
